Thank you for choosing Indrasys. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, custom solutions, and web services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy: All Sales are Final

Because Indrasys specializes in digital products, downloadable software, and custom licenses, we maintain a strict “No Refund” policy once a product is purchased and delivered.

To ensure total transparency, we provide a comprehensive live demonstration (demo) of the product/website before any financial transaction takes place. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the demo, evaluate the features, and ensure that the product aligns with their specific needs before proceeding with the order.

2. Safe-Side Exception: Verifiable Technical Flaws

The only scenario where a refund may be considered is if the digital product has a critical, verifiable technical error or bug in its core source code that prevents it from performing its primary functions, provided that:

  • The technical flaw was not discoverable or present during the live demo.
  • The issue is reported to our support team within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The customer provides full cooperation, screenshots, and logs to help our technical team diagnose the issue.

Our development team will have 14 business days to resolve the verified bug. If we are completely unable to fix the issue within this timeframe, a refund will be initiated.

3. Mandatory Refund Deductions (Protection for Indrasys)

To protect our business from financial losses caused by banking and payment processing systems, any approved refund will be subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Payment Gateway Charges: All transaction fees and payment gateway charges (typically 2% to 3%) will be strictly deducted from the total refund amount. These fees are retained by the payment processors and are non-recoverable.
  • Services and Installation Costs: If any custom setup, manual installation, or server configuration services have already been performed by our team, the cost of labor/services will be non-refundable.

4. Explicit Exclusions (No Refunds Granted)

We will absolutely not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incompatibility issues arising from third-party hosting environments, external plugins, or updates made to your servers.
  • A change of mind, lack of technical knowledge to operate the digital asset, or a feature request that was never advertised or shown during the live demo.
  • Failure to report the technical issue within the mandatory 7-day window.
